Cardigan is a pouf designed by the Désormeaux/Carrette studio.  A practical and nomadic seat inspired by the world of Haute Couture.
 
Borrowing codes from the world of fashion, the designers of 'Cardigan' dress a traditional geometric shape of an occasional pouf with a protective coat. This adornment, beyond a graphic and formal signature, brings new functions to this piece of furniture: the lower back is supported by the small collar thus created, and the space present between the two elements makes it possible to slide a few objects or magazines.
 
The interior pouf consists of a foam core covered with textile. It is then covered with a resin membrane also upholstered. The choice of different textiles makes it possible to accentuate the 'cardigan' effect and play on fashion effects.
